The Beyond PTSD practice

Introduction

Beyond PTSD is a private practice, a specialist PTSD and trauma recovery practice that works from the complex trauma framework - looking at what happened to you and not at what is 'wrong' with you.

The Beyond PTSD practice is centrally located in the Netherlands, on the edge of IJsselstein (Utrecht) and is easy to reach by car - exit IJsselstein from the A2 and then follow the national road N210, or by public transport (within walking distance of the light rail stop).

Byeond PTSD provides specialist support for people with post-traumatic stress disorder and trauma. PTSD remains an 'acute situation' for us even when the PTSD symptoms started a long time ago. We focus entirely on permanent recovery from occupational and non-occupational PTSD, because reduction of PTSD symptoms is not what you are looking for. Permanently recovering from PTSD means to us recovering with a good quality of life and, of course, preferably with return to the job at work.

Beyond PTSD is part of Top-Coach, an organization that continuously strives to improve the well-being of people and organizations by using the most progressive and up-to-date coaching interventions.

The PTSD and trauma recovery coaching is part of an integral and personal PTSD and trauma recovery trajectory aimed at effective recovery from PTSD and trauma symptoms with a good quality of life.

Every situation that has led to PTSD symptoms is different and that is why everything in a trauma recovery process is personal and tailor-made. The coaching works from the trauma framework that nothing is 'wrong' or 'broken', but that experiences have led to the current PTSD and trauma symptoms. A recovery process is holistic, which means that it focuses on the whole person. Step by step and gradually you will experience that you are on the way to effective and measurable recovery.

Beyond PTSD takes the best effort obligation in work very seriously. That is why Beyond PTSD is affiliated with the Dutch Association of Professional Coaches (NOBCO), the International Association for Energy Psychology (ACEP) and the International Association for Logosynthesis® (LIA).

Beyond PTSD uses clear agreements and uses the NOBCO code of conduct and the NOBCO complaints procedure. In addition, Beyond PTSD also works according to the ethical code belonging to the International Association for Energy Psychology (ACEP).

We do not work with an hourly rate, but with a total price per PTSD and trauma recovery process. For you, this means that there is clarity in advance about the total costs and that there are no 'surprises' later on.

Pragmatic, groundbreaking, in-depth and with measurable lasting results - words with which clients usually indicate how they have experienced the recovery coaching. Clients describe the coaching as practical, professional and without unnecessary frills.

It is also said that progressive interventions are used, in which professionalism and craftsmanship in a strictly confidential environment are paramount.

The result of the coaching is also based on a pleasant relationship and cooperation, which also determine the (accelerated) positive and sustainable results.
